Last night saw our final development release of 2024 bringing our eflora subscribers 7 new updates to their florist websites just in time for the big Christmas rush. We've included some more details below.
We've improved the visibility of Trustpilot reviews on subscriber's homepage. Credibility and trust are massive factors that can influence a customer's decision to purchase from a website. Therefore, we've moved the Trustpilot link on florists' websites to sit under the main carousel banner at the top of their site.
We've introduced a clear 'Shop by occasion' banner to each florist website homepage featuring the most popular occasion for each florist. This will allow website visitors to quickly and easily navigate through products to suit their needs. Take a look at the example below.
We've made the Product Description for finishing touches clearer by adding a link with a pop up containing the relevant information underneath each finishing touch. For food related finishing touches (e.g. chocolates), there will also be a link to download a PDF document containing full allergen information.
Plus, four bug fixes to improve the order journey for website visitors.
